Our Custom Design Process

Initial Consultation
Bring your idea, reference photos, or jewelry and stones you want to reuse. We discuss style, budget and timing, and whether your existing materials can be used.

Design & Material Selection
We develop the design and help you choose the metal and stones. You review and approve the design and cost before production starts.

Production & Stone Setting
The piece is produced and the stones are set in our shop, all handled in house.

Final Inspection & Fitting
We inspect stone security, finish and fit, then review the finished piece with you and make any sizing adjustments.

Appraisals & Trade-Ins
Have gold, diamonds or jewelry you no longer wear? A trade-in evaluation can apply its value toward a custom design. Insurance appraisals for finished pieces are also available.

Document a finished custom piece with photos and an estimated replacement value for insurance.
This is not the same as resale or trade-in value.
Trade-In Evaluations
Reuse the value of old gold or stones toward your new design.
Trade-in value is based on material, condition, and current market value.
