Some pieces start as an idea. Others come in worn, broken, too small, or ready for a new life. We’ll look at it with you, explain what can be done, and help you make the right call. From custom designs and heirloom resets to resizing, restringing, stone replacement, and restoration, the work is handled in house and built to last.
How it works

Consultation
We start with a conversation. Bring the idea, the piece, the stone, or the problem. We’ll look it over, talk through style, budget, timing, and what makes the most sense.

Design
For custom work, we’ll shape the idea before anything is made. You’ll review the design, materials, and details so you know what you’re approving before we move forward.

Craft
Once everything is approved, the work is handled at our bench. We cast, set, size, repair, engrave, polish, and finish in house whenever possible, with the right care for the piece.

Final Review
When it’s ready, we’ll walk through the finished piece with you. You’ll leave with something made right, made to last, and cared for by the same people who helped you from the start.

Appraisals & Trade-Ins
Some pieces need to be documented. Others are ready to become part of something new. We offer insurance appraisals with photos and replacement value information, as well as trade-in evaluations for gold, diamonds, and jewelry you'd like to apply toward a new purchase or custom piece.
